Our Process: Prep Comes First
A paint job is only as good as the prep underneath it. Here is how we work:
- Walkthrough and written estimate. We look at every room, talk through colors and sheen, and give you a clear written estimate with the scope spelled out.
- Protect your home. Floors, furniture and fixtures are covered and masked before any work starts.
- Repair and prep. We fill holes, repair cracks, sand rough spots, caulk trim and spot-prime repairs so the finish looks even.
- Paint. Premium paints applied with care, with sharp lines at ceilings, trim and edges.
- Clean up every day. We keep the job site tidy while we work and leave it clean when we're done.
- Final walkthrough. We walk the rooms with you and take care of any touch-ups before we call the job finished.
Clear communication from start to finish: you'll know when we're arriving, what's happening each day and when we expect to wrap up.
Finishes and Paints
We'll use any paint you want, including high-end paints like Farrow & Ball and Fine Paints of Europe. If you've already chosen a brand and color, we work with it. If not, we'll help you pick a premium paint suited to the room.
We'll help you choose the right sheen for each space:
- Flat or matte for ceilings and walls where you want a soft, uniform look
- Eggshell for living areas and bedrooms
- Satin for kitchens, bathrooms and high-traffic halls
- Semi-gloss for trim and doors
Looking for something beyond paint? We also offer Venetian plaster, limewash and faux finishes for feature walls and statement rooms.
